Lemuda.com takes all customers' requests into careful consideration. We gladly accept returns on deliveries (excluding items mentioned at the end of this section).
Lemuda.com must receive a notification from the customer regarding their intent to return their purchase within 2 working days from the receipt of goods. The customer is then given two options:
1. To return the purchased product and get a full refund but pay for the return shipping expenses.
2. To return the purchased product at no expense, and get a shopping voucher with the same amount to be used on any of Lemuda.com's products within a period of 14 days.
Goods/product(s) intended for return must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. In order to facilitate the credit process, please return the items in their original packaging, including: hangers, poly bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags, eyeglass cases and gift boxes.
How to return
Customers seeking to return goods should send an e-mail to email@example.com within 2 working days of receipt of goods to notify their intent to return – stating a valid reason to return and quoting the following:
a) Purchase description specifying the product name with model, size, colour details as applicable, SKU and Item code
b) Quantity of product(s) / goods
c) Date the item was received by the customer
d) Invoice number (attach copy if possible)
e) Return preference of the customer
LEMUDA.COM will acknowledge receipt of such mail and provide you with a return code number which should be quoted while referring to your returns. Thereafter, customers may return the product(s) / goods.
Ship your returns to our warehouse with a shipping service of your choice. Shipping expense shall be borne by the customer – unless in case of LEMUDA.COM’s error in shipment.Remember that the package must reach the LEMUDA warehouse within 7 days from the date of receipt of LEMUDA.COM acknowledgement mail providing you with the return code number.
Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. Prepare the package and stick the address label on LEMUDA box (or any other solid, rigid carton box). The address to send back the goods / product(s) is:

Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If returns do not meet the conditions / criteria mentioned above, LEMUDA.COM shall neither be able to accept the refund package from you; nor be liable to issue the refund for the returned product(s) / goods. The final decision for returns & refunds shall be to the sole discretion of LEMUDA.COM
For properly returned items, refund may be obtained by the following:
1. Exchange of Purchase
LEMUDA.COM shall welcome the request of its customers to replace the returned goods / product(s) with an exchange of the same goods / product(s). However, we shall not be in a position to ensure availability of such products as they would be subject to stock availability.
2. Credit refund back to Customers bank account / credit card accounts
Customers may request to credit all refund monies to their bank account / credit card account. LEMUDA.COM shall refund monies as per the mode of payment made by the customer during purchase. Charges applied by the banks / agencies (if any) for such transactions shall be borne by the Customer.
Return refund time shall be based on the mode of refund opted by the customer:
1. Exchange of Purchase
Shall be available within a business day from receipt of returned goods in good condition. Please contact our customer service.
2. Credit refund back to Customers bank account / credit card accounts:
Shall be processed from LEMUDA.COM bank to the Card Company within 5 working days after receipt of goods in good condition. LEMUDA.COM has no control over the Customers credit card Company policy or the Customers bank policy for time required to credit such monies to the customers account. You may check your refund on your online account or by contacting your card issuer.
